Chief Executive Officer
After graduating from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Steve entered the US Navy. During his 24+ year career as an officer in the Navy SEALs, he deployed to numerous countries around the world. Steve commanded at all levels from Lieutenant (O-3) to his final rank of Captain (O-6) in various assignments with the US military’s special mission units. He was directly involved with planning and/or participating in combat operations in Panama, the Persian Gulf, Afghanistan and Iraq, and peace keeping missions in Haiti and Bosnia.
During deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Steve commanded Joint Special Operations Task Forces charged with conducting the United States highest priority missions against Al Qaeda, Taliban and Iraqi enemy forces. He earned his Master’s Degree in National Security Affairs at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in Washington DC. His service awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star (two awards) and the Combat Action Ribbon (two awards).
After retiring from the Navy in 2004, he was hired by Aon Consulting as the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations in the Central Region. Steve joined INCISENT Labs Group in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw INCISENT companies with a focus on operational excellence and scaling. He became CEO of MAX at the beginning of 2015.
Senior Vice President, Business Development & Head of Revenue
Brad Kruse has a range of successes at both large and small companies in both the old and new economies and brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience. He has a well-established corporate track record of building highly scalable sales and distribution channels, new business opportunities and accustomed to growing companies into success stories.
Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales, Mr. Kruse and his team are responsible for all revenue generating activities by architecting and delivering a sales growth strategy in tandem with the supporting processes to generate considerable growth.
Mr. Kruse has held a number of senior executive sales leadership roles in both listed and privately held companies around the globe; he is extremely adaptable and fluent in global business environments having worked and lived in Germany, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Kruse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration
Rob Levin has 20 years of financial executive management experience with significant achievements in a broad range of areas including strategic planning, financial analysis, technical accounting issues, financial statement preparation, and development of internal controls. Rob’s professional background includes group and corporate controllerships at True Value Hardware and Bell & Howell. He has worked across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, information services, and service companies.
A CPA, Rob earned an MBA in Finance from Indiana University Kelley Graduate School of Management. He is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He currently resides in Evanston with his wife and five children.
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Innovation
Patrick brings over a decade’s worth of management experience in the automotive industry and has broad knowledge and industry expertise in pre-owned and digital online operations. After successful careers at Enterprise Rent-a-Car and CarMax, Patrick was a Sales Manager in the financial services industry.
Patrick joined FirstLook, another INCISENT Labs Group in 2007. He immediately impacted the company’s success through his consultative approach, analyzing client data and providing ongoing insights to clients’ executive management teams. In the fall of 2010 Patrick moved from Florida to Chicago to join the management team.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Patrick now resides in Chicago with his wife and two young sons.
Vice President of Operations
Denis has over 15 years of Operations, Account Management and Sales experience with several top technology companies across Chicagoland. He has an established record of creating scalable and functional business procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. In the Role of Director of Sales and Account Management, Denis helped Total Attorneys achieve Inc 500 status in 2008 and again in 2009.
Denis graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana. He currently lives in La Grange Park with his wife and 3 children.
